Welcome to MaargaOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MaargaOS.

1. What MaargaOS is

MaargaOS is an AI-assisted career platform: it helps you build and tailor resumes, analyze job postings, discover roles, practice interviews, and track applications. Features are provided "as is" and may change as we improve the product.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use MaargaOS.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (resume, profile, notes). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you (e.g. generating a tailored resume or match score). We do not sell your personal content.

4. AI-generated output

MaargaOS uses AI models to generate resumes, suggestions, and answers. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete — always review it before relying on or submitting it. You are responsible for what you send to employers.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempting to breach security or access other users' data, no scraping, no submitting others' personal data without permission, and no using the assisted-apply tools to spam employers.

6. Third-party services

Job listings link to third-party sites and employers; we don't control those and aren't responsible for them. Signing in with Google is subject to Google's terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

MaargaOS doesn't guarantee interviews, offers, or job outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. You can stop using MaargaOS and request account deletion at any time.
