This policy explains what MaargaOS collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service for you.
What we collect
- Account: email, name, and (if you use it) your Google sign-in identity.
- Career data you provide: resume, profile details, skills, applications, notes.
- Usage: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
Only to provide MaargaOS to you — building and tailoring resumes, scoring job matches, powering the assistant and interview practice, and keeping your tracker. We do notsell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
AI processing
To generate resumes, suggestions, and answers, relevant text (your profile/resume and the job in question) is sent to an AI model provider to produce a result for you. We don't send them more than needed for the feature you invoked.
Storage & security
Your data is stored in a managed database. Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text). Access requires authentication, and each user can only access their own data. The connection to the service is encrypted (HTTPS).
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure/AI providers needed to run the service, and when required by law. Job listings link out to third-party employers whose privacy practices are their own.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete content, or request account deletion at any time — deleting your account removes your personal data from the service.
